Dwayne is a postgraduate qualified HSEQ professional with over 15 years of experience successfully implementing and delivering initiatives to improve health and safety culture. His strengths include risk management, development and implementation of health and safety standards and behavioural safety programmes, safe systems of work, accident investigation, coaching and mentoring, auditing and monitoring. Dwayne is a hardworking individual with a passion to support organisations and clients in creating a safe and healthy work environment for the workforce.

Vicky Henshaw

Partner / Office Manager

Responsible for business administration and business development including client management and accounting. Vicky ensures the smooth running of the consultancy and plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect.
