Dwayne is a Postgraduate qualified HSEQ professional with over 15 years of experience successfully implementing and delivering initiatives to improve health and safety culture. Dwayne's strengths include risk management, development and implementation of health and safety standards and behavioural safety programme, safe systems of work, accident investigation, coaching and mentoring, auditing and monitoring.
Dwayne is a hardworking individual with a passion to support organisations and clients in creating a safe and healthy work environment for the workforce.
